Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de hidrofluoración que comprende hacer reaccionar una fluoroolefina con fluoruro de hidrógeno en la fase líquida en presencia de un catalizador de hidrofluoración en la zona de reacción de un reactor, dicho reactor compuesto de un cuerpo del reactor que tiene una relación de longitud a diámetro de aproximadamente 2: 1 o mayor; una zona de reacción agitada que contiene el catalizador de hidrofluoración, que se puede preparar in situ, al menos una entrada para el suministro del fluoruro de hidrógeno y fluoroolefina a la zona de reacción y al menos una salida para recuperar dicho fluoroalcano, el agitador dispuesto en la zona de reacción y que comprende una pluralidad de aspas unidas fijamente al eje accionable por un motor, las aspas que se extienden desde aproximadamente la parte inferior de la zona de reacción a aproximadamente la parte superior de la zona de reacción y el eje que se extiende en un eje longitudinal de la parte inferior del reactor a la parte superior del reactor, el agitador se hace girar a una velocidad suficiente para promover un remolino de líquido para efectuar la ocurrencia de la reacción de hidrofluoración y minimizar sobrefluoración. La presente invención se refiere también al reactor de hidrofluoración.
