Abstract
La invención pertenece a un método combinatorio para identificar las formulaciones de hidrogel que controlan el fenotipo y destino de los tipos celulares difíciles de cultivar. Un método para producir una matriz, caracterizado porque la matriz que tiene volúmenes discretos de micro-entornos de cultivos celulares, que posee diferentes propiedades que influyen en el comportamiento de células encapsuladas, en particular la proliferación , formación de colonias, diferenciación, migración o combinaciones de las mismas.
