Abstract
Se describe un sistema, método y chasis de propulsión asistida para transportar una carga a lo largo de una superficie. Una pluralidad de ruedas (62) se dispone alrededor del chasis (60) para soportar el chasis sobre la superficie (S). Un mecanismo impulsor (20) se dispone para proporcionar al menos propulsión asistida al chasis (60) a lo largo de la superficie. Al menos una parte impulsora (21) del mecanismo impulsor (20) se conecta al chasis (60) a través de un soporte (30) que tiene una conexión elásticamente armada con resortes (31), teniendo al menos la parte impulsora (21) del mecanismo impulsor (20) una orientación fija y siendo movible independientemente del chasis (60) y de la pluralidad de ruedas (62) en dirección hacia la superficie , estando dispuesta la conexión elásticamente armada con resortes (31) para dirigir al menos la parte impulsora (21) del mecanismo impulsor (20) sobre la superficie durante la provisión de dicha propulsión asistida. Se dispone un sensor para monitorear la aceleración del mecanismo impulsor y para comunicar datos acerca de dicha aceleración a un controlador, controlando el controlador la operación del mecanismo impulsor dependiendo de los datos recibidos.
