Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un aditivo para uso en el moldeo de un material de cerámica, el cual exhibe el desempeño de absorción de agua satisfactorio en una arcilla de cerámica cruda, puede alcanzar una fluidez alta y un bajo desempeño de carga durante el moldeo por extrusión y el alto desempeño para mantener la forma después de la extrusión al mismo tiempo, y comprende las micropartículas de polímero. Este aditivo para uso en el moldeo de un material de cerámica comprende las micropartículas de polímero, que se caracterizan porque las micropartículas de polímero tienen un tamaño de partícula promedio de entre 10 y 150 µm cuando las micropartículas de polímero se expanden con agua de intercambio iónico hasta que las micropartículas de polímero expandidas alcanzan un estado saturado y pueden absorber 10-60 ml/g de agua de intercambio iónico bajo presión ambiente, y también se caracterizan porque una dispersión acuosa preparada al dispersar 1 parte en masa de las micropartículas de polímero en 110 partes en masa de agua de intercambio iónico tiene una conductividad eléctrica de 1,500 µs/cm o menos a 25°C.
