Abstract
Se proporciona un macho roscador, que limita el astillamiento que se produce durante el roscado con machos y con el cual también se estabiliza la precisión de la rosca interna. El astillamiento está limitado por la formación de una porción saliente en forma de círculo (32) en la cara de rebaje (30) de un filo (28). Además, la fuerza de empuje (Fs), que actúa en el lado negativo cuando el macho de roscar en espiral (10) barrena en el material que se está cortando, se reduce y también se elimina el avance excesivo del macho de roscar en espiral (10). En consecuencia, debido a que son favorables las condiciones cortantes del macho de roscar en espiral (10), también se estabiliza la precisión de la rosca hembra.
