Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato (100) para la medición no invasiva de una concentración de un analito fluorescente en la sangre de un paciente, caracterizado porque comprende: una fuente de luz (102) para proporcionar alternativamente la excitación del analito y la sangre en un primer intervalo de longitudes de onda y un segundo intervalo de longitudes de onda, el primer y segundo intervalos de longitud de onda de excitación seleccionados de tal manera que el analito exhiba una diferencia en intensidades de emisión en el primer y segundo intervalos de longitud de onda de excitación y de tal manera que la absorbancia de luz de la sangre en el primer y segundo intervalos de longitud de onda sea similar; uno o más detectores (104) para detectar una porción de los espectros de emisión del analito fluorescente en el primer intervalo de longitudes de onda de excitación y el segundo intervalo de longitudes de onda de excitación; y un procesador (100) adaptado para determinar una señal derivada representativa de la concentración del analito con base en la diferencia entre la parte de los espectros de emisión excitados en el primer intervalo de longitudes de onda de excitación y el segundo intervalo de longitudes de onda de excitación.
