Abstract

Problema: Proporcionar un método de moldeo de material compuesto y un dispositivo de moldeo de material compuesto que sean capaces de acortar el tiempo de moldeo y suprimir la presión de apriete. Solución: En el método de moldeo de material compuesto, un material compuesto se moldea disponiendo un material de base de refuerzo en una cavidad dentro de un molde que se puede abrir y cerrar, inyectando resina en la cavidad en un estado en el cual se ejerce una presión de apriete sobre el molde, y curando la resina. Al inyectar la resina en la cavidad, la presión de inyección de la resina se ajusta entre una primera presión que es mayor que la presión de apriete y una segunda presión que es menor que la presión de apriete, y la presión de inyección de la resina se reduce desde la presión que es mayor que la presión de apriete hasta la presión que es menor que la presión de apriete al menos una vez (S3-S6). La resina se inyecta por consiguiente de tal manera que la presión dentro de la cavidad no exceda la presión de apriete desde el inicio de la inyección hasta el final de la inyección de la resina (S7).
