Abstract
Se especifica un dispositivo (1) para enderezar filamentos (9), en particular mono-filamentos de plástico, con un dispositivo de transporte para transportar los filamentos (9) y un dispositivo de calefacción (2) que comprende un canal de calentamiento (3) que constituye un trayecto de transporte para el filamento (9). También se especifica un método para la producción de filamentos enderezados (9), en particular mono-filamentos de plástico en el cual un filamento (9) se transporta continuamente por medio de un dispositivo de transporte a través de un canal de calentamiento (3) de un dispositivo de calefacción (2), y el canal de calentamiento (3) se calienta durante el transporte continuo del filamento (9) a través del canal de calentamiento (3). Se intenta proporcionar filamentos enderezados (9), en particular mono-filamentos de plástico con elevada calidad del enderezado. Para este propósito se prevé en el dispositivo (1) de conformidad con la invención que en la dirección de transporte corriente abajo del dispositivo de calefacción (2) se dispone un dispositivo de refrigeración (16) que comprende un canal de enfriamiento (17) que prolonga el trayecto de transporte del filamento (9), y en donde las áreas de sección transversal del canal de calentamiento (3) y el canal de enfriamiento (17) se solapan al menos parcialmente. Igualmente se propone para este propósito de acuerdo con el método de conformidad con la invención que el filamento (9) en la dirección de transporte corriente abajo del dispositivo de calefacción (2) se transporte a través de un canal de enfriamiento (17) de un dispositivo de refrigeración (16), siendo que el canal de enfriamiento (17) se refrigera, y las áreas de sección transversal del canal de calentamiento (3) y el canal de enfriamiento (17) se solapan al menos parcialmente.
