Claims (9)

  1. 열가소성 멀티필라멘스사를 폴스트위스팅 가공할때에, 고품질의 폴스트위스트 가공사를 얻기 위하여 T≥0.24/ √A 를 충족시키는 높은 폴스트위스트수 하에서 폴스트위스팅하며, 또한 높은 생산성을 얻기 위하여 V≥1.30×10-3/√A 를 충족시키는 사속도 하에서 폴스트위스팅 가공하고, 또 한편 높은 가공안정성을 얻기 위하여 L≥90/V 를 충족시키는 짧은 사도길이 하에서 폴스트위스팅 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트위스팅 가공방법.
    (여기서, T는 1m 당에 삽입하는 폴스트위스트수(n회/m;n은 꼬임의 턴수), V는 폴스트위스팅 가공의 사속도(m/초), L은 폴스트위스팅 영역으로 급사하는 로울러로부터 폴스트위스트를 삽입하는 트위스터 까지의 사도길이(m), A는 실의 단면적(㎡)이고, 실의 온도(단위길이당 중량)를 실의 밀도(단위체적당 중량)로 나누어서 구한다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴스트위스팅 가공이, 가연중(加燃中)의 실을 고온유체 속에서 가열하는 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트이스팅 가공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴스트위스팅 가공이, 가연중의 실을 냉각유체 속에서 냉각시키는 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트이스팅 가공방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴스트위스팅 가공이, 사속도 1000m/분 이상에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트이스팅 가공방법.
  5. 열가소성 멀티필라멘스사의 폴스트위스팅 가공을 실시하는 폴스트위스팅 가공장치가, 적어도 폴스트위스팅 영역으로 급사하는 피이드로울러, 실에 직접 증기를 접촉시키는 가열장치, 실에 직접 물을 접촉시키는 냉각장치, 가연트위스터 및 배출로울러의 순서로 배열된 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트위스팅 가공장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 실에 직접 증기를 접촉시키는 가열장치가, 실질적으로 증기를 장치 밖으로 거의 누출시키지 않는 사도 시일부분을 보유한 가열장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트위스팅 가공장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 실에 직접 물을 접촉시키는 냉각장치가, 실질적으로 물 등을 장치 밖으로 거의 누출시키지 않는 시일부분을 보유한 가열장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스트위스팅 가공장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 폴스위스팅 영역으로 실을 공급하는 피이드로울러로부터 폴스트위스트를 삽입하는 트위스터까지의 사도길이가, 2m 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트위스팅 가공장치.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴스트위스팅 가공장치가, 배출로울러의 사속도 1000m/분 이상에서 정상 운전할 수 잇는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴스트위스팅 가공장치.
