Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una placa de tiempo de residencia que comprende una pila de al menos dos cámaras de flujo sustancialmente alargadas y paralelas dispuestas de manera que el lado alargado de cada cámara de flujo yace junto al lado alargado de una cámara de flujo adyacente y se separa por la cámara adyacente por una pared de separación. Cada pared de separación tiene al menos un orificio pasante que forma una comunicación entre dos cámaras de flujo adyacentes, y los orificios pasantes se disponen en las paredes de separación en lados alternantes de una línea central imaginaria dibujada a través de la pila de cámaras de flujo de manera que la dirección de flujo en una cámara de flujo está a lo largo de la extensión de la cámara de flujo y opuesta a la dirección de flujo de una cámara adyacente. Además, la placa de tiempo de residencia comprende al menos una entrada de líquido y al menos una salida de líquido dispuesta de manera que el líquido que fluye desde la entrada hacia la salida pase a través de la pila de cámaras de flujo. Además, al menos una inserción de mejora de trayectoria de flujo se dispone en al menos una cámara de flujo y forma un número de pasajes de flujo de la inserción en la cámara de flujo, en donde los pasajes de flujo de la inserción se disponen de manera que el líquido que fluye en la cámara de flujo se dirija a través de los pasajes de flujo de la inserción, por lo que forman una trayectoria de flujo en zigzag a lo largo de la dirección de flujo de la cámara de flujo.
