Abstract

La presente descripción se refiere a un dispositivo para intercambio de energía y/o transferencia de masa entre flujos de fluido, dispositivo que comprende una primera entrada (3a) de fluido, una primera salida (3c) de fluido, una segunda entrada (5a) de fluido y una segunda salida (5c) de fluido, una pluralidad de primeras capas (3) de canal que conectan la primera entrada (3a) de fluido con la primera salida (3c) de fluido y una pluralidad de segundas capas (5) de canal que conectan la segunda entrada (5a) de fluido la segunda salida (5c) de fluido, donde la pluralidad de primeras capas (3) de canal y la pluralidad de segundas capas (5) de canal están dispuestas de manera apilada formando canales (2) de fluido apilados, en donde por lo menos parte del primer canal las capas (3) están en contacto físico con una segunda capa (5) de canal respectiva formando pares de canales, en donde los pares de canales están separados entre si, formando canales (7) de corriente cruzada entre ellos, extendiéndose desde un borde (9) lateral de los canales (2) de fluido apilados al borde (11) lateral opuesto al lado de los canales (2) de fluido apilados, formando así entradas (13) de fluido laterales entre bordes laterales de las primeras capas (3) de canal y segundas capas (5) de canal y salidas de fluido laterales entre bordes laterales opuestos de las primeras capas (3) de canal y segundas capas (5) de canal.
