Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a microesferas y composiciones que comprenden una pluralidad de microesferas, en donde las microesferas son perfectamente esféricas y tienen un contenido de humedad menor a 1% y el método de fabricación de los mismos. La presente invención es útil en la fabricación de microesferas de ingredientes farmacéuticos activos (API por sus siglas en inglés) de liberación sostenida y modificada, como un excipiente de fluido libre para minitabletas y en la fabricación de dispersiones de API.
