Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso mejorado para recuperación de líquidos de gas natural, LGN (NGL = Natural Gas Liquids) de una comente de alimentación de gas natural. El proceso opera a una presión constante sin reducción intencional de presión. Un refrigerante mixto de bucle abierto se emplea para proporcionar enfriamiento al proceso y proporcionar una corriente de reflujo para la columna de destilación empleada para recuperar los líquidos de gas natural. Los procesos pueden emplearse para recuperar hidrocarburos C3+ de gas natural, o para recuperar hidrocarburos C2+ de gas natural.
