Description
Claims (21)
- 供給ガスストリームから天然ガス液を回収するプロセスであって、
(a)供給ガスストリームを供給し、熱交換器において、前記供給ストリームを冷却し;
(b)冷却した供給ガスストリームを蒸留塔に供給し、ここで、前記供給ガスストリームの軽質成分を、オーバーヘッド蒸気ストリームとして蒸留塔から除去し、前記供給ガスストリームの重質成分を、底部において、製品ストリームとして蒸留塔から除去し;
(c)蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを前記熱交換器に供給し、該オーバーヘッドストリームを冷却して、少なくとも部分的に液化させ;
(d)部分的に液化した蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを第1のセパレーターに供給し;
(e)第1のセパレーターにおいて蒸気及び液を分離して、セールスガスからなるオーバーヘッド蒸気ストリーム及び混合冷媒からなるボトムスストリームを生成し;
(f)混合冷媒ストリームを前記熱交換器に供給して、冷却を提供し、ここで、混合冷媒ストリームは、熱交換器を通過する間に蒸発し;
(g)蒸発した混合冷媒ストリームを圧縮し、圧縮した混合冷媒ストリームを、前記熱交換器を通過させ;

工程を含んでなる、天然ガス液の回収プロセス。 - さらに、混合冷媒ストリームが熱交換器に入る前に、制御弁を使用して該混合冷媒ストリームの圧力を低下させることによって、該混合冷媒ストリームの温度を低下させる工程を含んでなる、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- さらに、第2のセパレーターからのオーバーヘッドストリームを蒸留塔からのオーバーヘッドストリームと合わせ、合わせたストリームを第1のセパレーターに供給する工程を含んでなる、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- さらに、熱交換器を通過する前に、圧縮した混合冷媒を冷却器において冷却する工程を含んでなる、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 第1のセパレーターが吸収器である、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 供給ガスストリームが、天然ガス又はリファイナリーガスの1つである、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 製品ストリームが、少なくとも99質量%のC3+炭化水素を含んでなるものである、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 製品ストリームが、供給ガス中の少なくとも97質量%のC3+炭化水素を含んでなるものである、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 製品ストリームが、供給ガス中の少なくとも55質量%のC2+炭化水素を含んでなるものである、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 製品ストリームが、供給ガス中の少なくとも99質量%のC4+炭化水素を含んでなるものである、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 蒸留塔を、689.5〜3102.6 kPa(100〜450 psia)の圧力で作動させる、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 供給ガスストリームから天然ガス液を回収するプロセスであって、
(a)供給ガスストリームを供給し、熱交換器において、前記供給ストリームを冷却し;
(b)冷却した供給ガスストリームを蒸留塔に供給し、ここで、前記供給ガスストリームの軽質成分を、オーバーヘッド蒸気ストリームとして蒸留塔から除去し、前記供給ガスストリームの重質成分を、底部において、製品ストリームとして蒸留塔から除去し;
(c)蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを前記熱交換器に供給し、該オーバーヘッドストリームを冷却して、少なくとも部分的に液化させ;
(d)部分的に液化した蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを第1のセパレーターに供給し;
(e)第1のセパレーターにおいて、蒸気及び液を分離して、セールスガスからなるオーバーヘッド蒸気ストリーム及び混合冷媒からなるボトムスストリームを生成し;
(f)混合冷媒ストリームを前記熱交換器に供給して、冷却を提供し、ここで、混合冷媒ストリームは、熱交換器を通過する間に蒸発し;
(g)蒸発した混合冷媒ストリームを圧縮し;
(h)圧縮した混合冷媒ストリームを、リターンストリーム及び回収ストリームに分け;(i)回収ストリームを、混合冷媒中の軽質炭化水素を回収するためのユニットに供給し;
(j)リターンストリームを第2のセパレーターに供給し;及び
(k)第2のセパレーターからのボトムスストリームを、還流ストリームとして蒸留塔に供給する
工程を含んでなる、天然ガス液の回収プロセス。 - さらに、混合冷媒ストリームが熱交換器に入る前に、制御弁を使用して該混合冷媒ストリームの圧力を低下させることによって、該混合冷媒ストリームの温度を低下させる工程を含んでなる、請求項12記載のプロセス。
- さらに、第2のセパレーターからのオーバーヘッドストリームを蒸留塔からのオーバーヘッドストリームと合わせ、合わせたストリームを第1のセパレーターに供給する工程を含んでなる、請求項12記載のプロセス。
- さらに、圧縮した混合冷媒ストリームを、リターンストリーム及び回収ストリームに分ける前に、冷却器において、圧縮した混合冷媒を冷却する工程を含んでなる、請求項12記載のプロセス。
- 圧縮した混合冷媒の95%を、軽質炭化水素の回収のため、回収ラインに分ける、請求項12記載のプロセス。
- 蒸留塔を、689.5〜3102.6 kPa(100〜450 psia)の圧力で作動させる、請求項12記載のプロセス。
- 蒸留塔を、1379.0 kPa(200 psia)の圧力で作動させる、請求項12記載のプロセス。
- 供給ガスストリームから天然ガス液を回収するプロセスであって、
(a)供給ガスストリームを供給し、熱交換器において、前記供給ストリームを冷却し;
(b)冷却した供給ガスストリームを蒸留塔に供給し、ここで、前記供給ガスストリームの軽質成分を、オーバーヘッド蒸気ストリームとして蒸留塔から除去し、前記供給ガスストリームの重質成分を、底部において、製品ストリームとして蒸留塔から除去し;
(c)蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを前記熱交換器に供給し、該オーバーヘッドストリームを冷却して、少なくとも部分的に液化させ;
(d)部分的に液化した蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームをセパレーターに供給し;
(e)セパレーターにおいて蒸気及び液を分離して、セールスガスからなるオーバーヘッド蒸気ストリーム及び混合冷媒からなるボトムスストリームを生成し;
(f)混合冷媒ストリームを前記熱交換器に供給して、冷却を提供し、ここで、混合冷媒ストリームは、熱交換器を通過する間に蒸発し;
(g)蒸発した混合冷媒ストリームを圧縮し、圧縮した混合冷媒ストリームを、前記熱交換器を通過させ;及び
(h)圧縮した混合冷媒ストリームを蒸留塔に還流ストリームとして供給する
工程を含んでなる、天然ガス液の回収プロセス。 - 供給ガスストリームから天然ガス液を分離するための装置であって、
(a)供給ガスストリームと1以上のプロセスストリームとの熱交換接触によって、供給ガスストリームから天然ガス液を分離するために必要な加熱及び冷却を提供するように作動できる熱交換器;
(b)前記熱交換器において冷却された供給ガスストリームを前記熱交換器から受け取り、供給ガスストリームを、供給ガスストリームの軽質炭化水素成分の実質的な量からなるオーバーヘッド蒸気ストリーム及び重質の炭化水素成分の実質的な量からなるボトムスストリームの分離する蒸留塔;
(c)前記蒸留塔において分離され、ついで、前記熱交換器において冷却された蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを受け取り、該蒸留塔オーバーヘッドストリームを、オーバーヘッドセールスガスストリーム及び前記熱交換器におけるプロセス冷却を提供するための混合冷媒からなるボトムスストリームに分離する第1のセパレーター;
(d)混合冷媒ストリームが前記熱交換器においてプロセス冷却を提供した後、混合冷媒ストリームを圧縮するためのコンプレッサー:
(e)圧縮された混合冷媒ストリームを受け取り、圧縮された混合冷媒ストリームを、オーバーヘッドストリーム及び還流ストリームとして蒸留塔に供給されるボトムスストリームに分離するための第2のセパレーター
を含んでなる、供給ガスから天然ガス液を分離する装置。 - 第1のセパレーターが吸収器である、請求項20記載の装置。
