Abstract

La invención se refiere a un molde para la fabricación de un piso de material polimérico para un vehículo automotor, que comprende por lo menos un inserto de metal (15, 27, 29) en forma de lámina parcialmente sobremoldeada, es decir, teniendo una parte (15b) destinada a ser recubierta de material polimérico y una parte destinada a no ser recubierta, dicho molde comprende una matriz y un punzón que delimitan una cavidad, la cavidad comprende una ubicación destinada a recibir la parte de un inserto metálico (15, 27, 29) destinada a ser recubierta de material polimérico, dicho molde está caracterizado porque, en esa ubicación (8) de la cavidad, el molde comprende salientes sobre la matriz y sobre el punzón, salientes en los que el espesor es superior a un espesor mínimo predeterminado (H). La invención se refiere igualmente a un piso (20) obtenido mediante este procedimiento.
