Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo para reciclar fibras de carbono (5), el cual incluye dos rieles metálicos (1, 2) entre los cuales las fibras de carbono (5) son destinadas a ser estiradas, y un generador de corriente (3), las terminales del cual están conectadas o destinadas a ser conectadas con los dos rieles metálicos (1, 2). Los rieles (1, 2) forman electrodos (1, 2) en corto circuito cuando las fibras de carbono (5) están dispuestas sobre dichos rieles (1, 2). El generador (3) es adecuado para producir por lo menos un pulso de corriente de una potencia del orden de o mayor que los MW entre estos dos rieles (1, 2), lo cual permite la separación de las fibras de su resma. También se propone un método de reciclaje implementado con este dispositivo.
