Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a un método y un aparato para detectar un estado de un canal de conexión en red y un dispositivo electrónico; el método incluye: determinar un dispositivo inteligente que se va a detectar; seleccionar un protocolo de control de Internet de Cosas (IoT) empleado por el dispositivo inteligente que se va detectar, y tener acceso a un servidor loT a través de un canal de conexión en red empleado por el dispositivo inteligente que se va a detectar; y recopilar un estado del canal de conexión en red durante el acceso, y presentar el estado recopilado en una pantalla de una terminal; la soluciones técnicas en la presente divulgación pueden ayudar a un usuario a conocer rápidamente los estados de red y así resolver los problemas de acceso de un dispositivo inteligente a la loT.
