Abstract
Se describe un sistema y un método para controlar un vehículo para implementar una estrategia de manejo de torque de motor. La estrategia de manejo de torque de motor implementa un método sofisticado de control de golpeteo de motor que alivia/mitiga la causa del golpeteo, mientras también optimiza el desempeño del vehículo y la eficiencia del motor sin comprometer la protección del hardware del motor. Cada vez que sea apropiado, el sistema y el método intentan reducir la cantidad de aire atrapado en el cilindro con golpeteo para reducir su relación de compresión efectiva y para eliminar el golpeteo mientras mantiene un mismo tiempo de chispa óptimo para la eficiencia de combustión.
