Abstract

Un aparato y método para cargar y descargar cápsulas sensoras (9) dentro o fuera de recintos (5) del nodo sísmico, que forman parte del cable (19) sísmico para ser desplegados o recuperados por una embarcación (18), el aparato comprende: Un carrito (3) con espacio para por lo menos una cápsula sensora (9), el carrito (3) se puede mover hacia el frente y atrás en una dirección esencialmente correspondiente a la dirección (24, 25) longitudinal del cable (19) sísmico, una estructura 12 de soporte para el carrito (3), un mecanismo (7) de seguro para asegurar el carrito (3) con el recinto (5) deI nodo y por lo menos un mecanismo (8, 11) de inserción/extracción para insertar y extraer las cápsulas sensoras (9) dentro o fuera del recinto (5) del nodo.
