Abstract
La presente invención se diseña de modo que las incongruencias en el reconocimiento de valores acumulados de órdenes de TPC entre una estación base radioeléctrica y una terminal de usuario se resuelvan de una manera simple. La terminal de usuario de la presente invención proporciona una terminal de usuario que transmite canales de enlace ascendente, y que tiene una sección de recepción que recibe órdenes de control de potencia de transmisión (TPC) de cada una de una pluralidad de células que están agrupadas, una sección de control que dirige la potencia de transmisión de canal de enlace ascendente de cada una de las múltiples células con base en valores acumulados de las órdenes de TPC y, cuando se cumple una condición de restablecimiento en una de las múltiples células, la sección de control restablece los valores acumulados de la totalidad de las múltiples células.
