Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición caracterizada porque comprende una levadura seca activada recubierta uniformemente con una biomasa bacteriana que consiste de bacterias que pertenecen al género Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Streptococcus, Leuconostoc, Lactococcus, Bifidobacterium, Propionibacterium y/o Bacillus, dicha biomasa representando de 10% a 30% en materia seca del total de materia seca de la lavadura recubierta (p/p).
