Abstract

La invención se relaciona a una junta, en particular para un líquido presurizado, que comprende: un anillo de soporte (2) que tiene un reborde axial (3) y un reborde radial (4); y una arandela PTFE (5) dispuesta en el anillo, la arandela que cubre cuando menos parcialmente la cara exterior (3') del reborde axial (3) y que forma un labio de estanqueidad interno flexible (6) que tiene la intención de aplicarse contra un elemento para sellarse, tal como un eje. El labio de estanqueidad comprende una porción anular que se apoya en su mayoría en el elemento a sellarse y una porción de conexión anular curvada. El sello (1) es caracterizado en que el labio de estanqueidad (6) tiene un pequeño grosor (EL), típicamente menor que 0.8 mm, y, en la ausencia de estrés, forma substancialmente un anillo frustocónico o funda que tiene un ángulo de vértice de 90° - a, a que está entre 10° y 50°.
