Abstract

Se describen métodos de prueba y aparatos para probar la salud de tubos de acero utilizados en reformadores y otros tubos y tuberías utilizados en otras aplicaciones de alta temperatura. El método incluye los pasos de transmitir dos señales electromagnéticas sinusoidales, cada una con una frecuencia diferente F1 y F2, en el tubo reformador, recibir una señal de respuesta, y analizar las frecuencias de intermodulación la señal de respuesta recibida para determinar el estado del tubo reformador de acero.
