Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un pieso para animales que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de ensilados, pienso granulado y pienso en harina, dicho pienso para animales caracterizado porque está suplementado con una composición que comprende una xilana, en donde dicha xilana es hipertermófila y altamente termoestable, en donde la temperatura óptima de la actividad xilanolítica presente en dicha composición es mayor que 80°C, en donde más de 70% de actividad xilanolítica presente en dicha composición es resistente a 30 minutos de calentamiento a 90°C y en donde la relación de actividad de la actividad xilanolítica presente en dicha composición a la temperatura óptima y a 40°C es mayor que 10.
