Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de desinfección de paquete que comprende un ensamble de electrodos de paquete de desinfección (500) para generar plasma dentro de un empaque, el ensamble de electrodos comprende una cabeza dieléctrica (504) que tiene una superficie de contacto (506) para hacer contacto con el empaque y en donde por lo menos dos electrodos de estado sólido conductivos (512, 514) se distribuyen en la superficie de contacto y un primero de los dos electrodos se aísla y una región conductiva en forma eléctrica del segundo de los electrodos está expuesta cerca de la superficie de contacto (506),y en donde al menos dos electrodos alargados de estado sólido (512, 514) configurados para recibir un voltaje alterno para habilitar la generación de ozono entre los electros de modo que, durante el uso al aplicar los electrodos en un empaque convierten el oxígeno a ozono dentro del empaque.
