Description

本实用新型提出的是一种臭氧发生器件--固态高效臭氧发生管。
现有的充入气体的臭氧发生管,已表现出明显的不足,如产品一致性差、易产生慢性漏气、抗震性能差等弱点。而内电极采用涂银或蒸铝的方法制成的臭氧发生管,由于内电极的表面积很小,使涂银或蒸铝的镀层的附着能力大大降低,常出现内电极脱落现象,而不能正常使用。且费工费时,制作困难,效益低下。
本实用新型目的在于弥补以上两种臭氧发生管的不足,提出一种适应能力更强、制作更为简单、性能更加稳定、半永久性的、无需烦杂的制作工艺、并可保证放电间隙一致、高电机率,并可根据需要制成各种功率要求的臭氧发生器件--固态高效臭氧发生器件。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:在介电体1内部设有固态导电体内电极2,在介电体壳体的外部套装有外电极3,内电极端部装有内电极导帽4。内电极为固态材料制成的圆柱状导电体。内电极与壳体间有粘结剂,介电体1与内电极导帽4间设有绝缘环5。
附图是本实用新型的结构示意图。
图中的1是介电体,2是固态导电体内电极(采用导电固体,如碳棒;或导电粉),3是外电极,4是内电极导帽,5是绝缘环。
本装置是根据在无声放电作用下的含氧气体,通过放电间隙时,得到足以使氧分子部分离解的能量,生成的原子态氧与氧分子再结合而生成臭氧的原理设计的。简化了生产工艺,提高效率、大大降低了生产成本。

1、固态高效臭氧发生器件,其特征是在介电体1内设有固态导电体内电极2,在介电体壳体的外部套装有外电极3,内电极端部装有内电极导帽4,介电体1与内电极导帽4间设有绝缘环5。
2、根据权利要求1所述的固态高效臭氧发生器件,其特征是内电极为固态材料制成的圆柱状导电体。
3、根据权利要求1所述的固态高效臭氧发生器件,其特征是内电极与壳体间有粘结剂。
