Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en la hidroformilación de una olefina que tiene hasta alrededor de 25 átomos de carbono y siendo reaccionado con hidrogeno y monoxido de carbono en una zona de reacción de fade líquida para producir un derivado aldehido de la olefina, llevandose a cabo la hidroformilación a una temperatura que va desde alrededor de 50ºC., hasta alrededor de 200ºC., bajo una presión parcial combinada de hidrógeno y monóxido de carbono de alrededor de 68 atmósferas, y con una relación de presión parcial de hidrogenorespecto a aquella de monóxido de carbono desde alrededor de 10:1 hasta 1:10 en que la mejora comprende catalizar la hidroformilación con un hidruro de carbonilo de rodio en una combinación compleja con un derivado ferroceno de las siguientes estructuras: (ver figura). En que Q es P, As o Sb y R es fenilo o un alquilo inferior.
