Abstract

The present invention refers to a generator of combustible gas and a process for dissociating water in hydrogen and oxygen gases and further gases previously dissolved in water by means of an arrangement of stainless steel electrodes, where electrolytic cells are formed in series by means of the electric double-layer effect for partially supplying an inner combustion engine of gasoline, diesel biodiesel, ethanol, etc so as to improve the performance thereof using the inventive gas as an additive, which reduces the consumption thereof and therefore the pollution, also being used in further applications where combustible gas based on hydrogen, oxygen or other gases previously dissolved in water is required.
