Abstract
Disclosed is a hydrogen and oxygen generator for an internal combustion engine, in which water is electrochenically decomposed using power from a battery of an internal combustion engine (for a vehicle), thus producing a gas mixture including hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, which is then supplied into the internal combustion engine, thus reducing fuel consumption and solving air pollution problems in exhaust gas.
