Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un aparato de ensamble de pistón para insertar un pistón dentro de un agujero de cilindro formado en un bloque de cilindro; este dispositivo incluye un medio de sujeción de pistón incluyendo una porción de tubo guía que contiene el pistón y guía el pistón dentro del agujero de cilindro, y una porción de soporte de tubo guía que soporta la porción de tubo guía para ser desplazable en una dirección radial de la misma, un medio de movimiento para mover al menos uno de los medios de sujeción de pistón y el bloque de cilindro a fin de ubicar los medios de sujeción de pistón y el bloque de cilindro en una posición de preparación de inserción que se establece por anticipado como una posición donde la porción de tubo guía y el agujero de cilindro son coaxiales entre sí, y un medio de presión para presionar el pistón contenido en la porción de tubo guía hacia el bloque de cilindro para insertar el pistón dentro del agujero de cilindro en un estado en el cual los medios de sujeción de pistón y el bloque de cilindro están ubicados en la posición de preparación de inserción, y la porción de tubo guía es soportada por la porción de soporte de tubo guía para ser desplazable en la dirección radial de la misma.
