Abstract

La invención se refiere a una correa trapezoidal acanalada (10) que se fabrica en un proceso de moldeo o amolado, que comprende una multitud de nervaduras (1) para embragar con una polea (4) multi-ranurada, los cuales en diferentes áreas de su estructura pueden comprender diferentes materiales elastómeros. En dos segmentos (8, 9) de nervadura la correa trapezoidal acanalada tiene diferentes materiales elastómeros que están expuestos hacía el flanco (6) de la nervadura (1), siendo que los segmentos (8) de nervadura superiores orientados hacia la polea están hechos de un material elastómero que sustancialmente no es eléctricamente conductor. Los segmentos (9) de nervadura inferiores están hechos de un material elastómero eléctricamente conductor. La relación de altura a/(a+b) de la altura (a) de los segmentos (9) de nervadura inferiores con respecto a la altura total (a+b) de la nervadura (1) según se mide en el límite de material (12) localizado en el flanco (6) de la nervadura es de al menos 6%, o la altura absoluta (a) de los segmentos (9) de nervadura inferiores es de al menos 0.12 mm. La invención adicionalmente refiere un método para producir una correa trapezoidal acanalada de acuerdo a la invención.
