Abstract
La presente inveción se refiere a procedimiento para regenerar un catalizador de conversión castalítica fluida, que está contaminado con coque, que ha sido parcialemente deactivado con presipitaciones carbonosas que comprenden laintrodución contínua del catalizador contaminado con coque en una fase densa de cataliazador de una zona de regeneración que comprende una fase de regeneración que comprende una fase del catalizador, densa, fluidizada, unica; en la sección inferior de la zona de regeneración, mantenida a una temperatura suficiente para soportar la combustión de las precipitaciones carbonosas, y una fase diluta en la sección superior de la zona de regeneración que hace contaco con el cartalizador contaminado con coque en la zona de regeneración que contiene oxígeno, que fluye hacia arriba efectuando de este modo la combustión de las precipitaciones carbonosas de catalizador contaminado con conque, recuperando un gas de combustión que tiene monóxido de carbono y un catalizador regenerado de contaminación reducida con coque, caracterizado por que el mantenimiento de la fase del catalizador, densa fluidazada de la zona de regeneración se conserva a una temperatura de 690.6°C a 733.3°C manteniendo el catalizador en la fase densa, fluidizada en la zona de regeneración durante un tiempo de residencia de aproximadamente 3 a 10 minutos, y manteniendo el contacto de catalizador contaminado con coque, en la zona de regeneración, con un gas de regeneración que contiene oxígeno, que fluye hacia arriba en una cantidad de exceso de la requerida para efectuar la combustión de coque, a dióxido de carbono, y para proveer oxígeno, en el límite aproximado de 1 a 10 moles por ciento, en el gas de combustión, recuperado de éste modo el gas de combustión de la zona de regeneración que comprende monóxido de carbono en una cantidad aproximada de 500 ppm, para recuperar un catalizador regenerado de la fase de catalizador, densa, fluidizada, de la zona de regeneración, que tiene un contenido de carbono, mayor de 0.15 peso por ciento, y manteniendo la fase diluta de cataliador de la zona de regeneración a una temperatura en el límite aproximado de 746.1°C0 a 790.5°C.
