Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para elaborar glufosinato, que comprende las etapas de hidrolizar una hidantoína con una enzima hidantoinasa para formar un compuesto de aminoácido de N-carbamoilo seguida de escisión de la porción de carbamoilo de dicho compuesto de aminoácido de N-carbamoilo.
