Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una variante de proteasa que es al menos 90% idéntica a la secuencia de aminoácidos de longitud completa de una estructura de la base Kumamolisina AS como se establece en cualquiera de las Id. de Sec. nos. de 1 - 3, mientras que mantiene la actividad proteolítica, o un fragmento, fracción o variante combinada de la misma que mantiene la actividad proteolítica, el cual variante de proteasa demuestra estabilidad alterada o mejorada en comparación con la Kumamolisina AS de tipo silvestre como se expone en Id. de Sec. no. 4, o la estructura de la base Kumamolisina AS como se establece en cualquiera de las Id. de Sec. nos. de 1 - 3.
