La presente divulgación se refiere a una lámina de acero laminada en frío que comprende, en % en peso, del 0.0005 al 0.2 %, Mn: 0.05 a 0.2 %, Si: 0.15 % o menos (excluyendo 0), P: 0.03 % o menos (excluyendo 0), S: 0.015 % o menos (excluyendo 0), Al: 0.01 a 0.05 %, Ti: 0.01 a 0.1 %, N: 0.01 % o menos (excluyendo 0), y que comprende además 0.0001-0.35 % en relación con la suma total del contenido de al menos un componente MM seleccionado del grupo que consiste en Sn, B, Mo, Ni y Cr, y que comprende Fe residual y otras impurezas inevitables, y un método para su fabricación.
