Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la recuperación de aluminio a partir de chatarra de aluminio que presenta adherencias orgánicas, en un horno de fusión multicámara (1), al menos con las siguientes etapas de procedimiento: - cargar por lotes (7) la solera de la cámara de chatarra (2) con chatarra de aluminio (6), - tratamiento previo térmico de la chatarra de aluminio (6) en una cámara de chatarra (2) durante una primera fase de tratamiento previo a una primera temperatura especificada y en una atmósfera que esencialmente está libre de oxígeno para convertir las adherencias orgánicas en la chatarra de aluminio en un gas de pirólisis, - tratamiento previo térmico de la chatarra de aluminio (6) en la cámara de chatarra (2) durante una segunda fase de tratamiento previo a una segunda temperatura especificada, en donde la cámara de chatarra (2) se calienta a la temperatura de inflamación espontánea del gas de pirólisis, en donde en la cámara de chatarra (2) se facilita al menos una corriente de aire (L) para generar una mezcla de gas de pirólisis/aire de combustión subestequiométrica inflamable que en la cámara de chatarra (2) se lleva a reacción en un proceso de combustión, y - transferir la atmósfera desde la cámara de chatarra a una postcombustión. Además, la invención se refiere a un horno de fusión multicámara correspondiente.
