Abstract
La invención de interés se refiere a un intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos (1) que tiene una placa de tubos (3), que en su conjunto definen un interior (4) del intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos (1). El intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos comprende un haz de tubos que tiene una pluralidad de tubos intercambiadores de calor (5) que están ubicados en el interior (4) y a través de los cuales fluye un primer fluido, cuyos tubos están opcionalmente soportados por placas de soporte adicionales (6). Los tubos intercambiadores (5) de calor poseen nervaduras integrales helicoidalmente circunferenciales (51) formadas en el exterior del tubo, dichas nervaduras tienen un pie de nervadura, flancos de nervadura y una punta de nervadura, y un canal que tiene un fondo de canal está formado entre las nervaduras (51). La placa de tubos (3) poseen rebajes como puntos de paso, cada rebaje posee una superficie interior. Las nervaduras exteriores (51) de los tubos del intercambiador de calor (5) sobresalen al menos en las cavidades de la placa de tubos (3), por lo que se forma una ranura de unión en cada caso entre la superficie interior de la cavidad y la nervadura exterior (51) de un tubo intercambiador de calor (5) que se encuentra dentro del rebaje. Los tubos del intercambiador de calor (5) están unidos integralmente a la placa tubular (3) mediante material de unión y teniendo en cuenta el nervado exterior (51), cuya unión integral sólo se forma en una primera porción del rebaje que se extiende desde el cara frontal de un tubo intercambiador de calor (5) en la dirección axial llenando esta primera parte del intersticio de unión con material de unión, de manera que queda una segunda parte del rebaje en la intersección de unión no está llena de material de unión, el tubo intercambiador de calor (5) posee además una nervadura exterior (51) en el exterior del tubo en la región de la segunda parte.
