Abstract
La invención de interés se refiere a un tubo intercambiador de calor de metal (1), que comprende aletas integrales (2) formadas en el exterior del tubo, dichas aletas tienen un pie de aleta (3), flancos de aleta (4) y una punta de aleta (5), sobresaliendo el pie de aleta (3) radialmente de la pared del tubo (10) y formándose un canal (6) entre las aletas (2), cuyo canal tiene una base de canal (61) y en cuyo canal están dispuestas estructuras adicionales (7, 71, 72) separados entre ellas. Las estructuras adicionales (7, 71, 72) dividen el canal (6) entre las aletas (2) en segmentos (8). Las estructuras adicionales (7, 71, 72) reducen localmente el área de la sección transversal por la que puede fluir fluido en el canal (6) entre dos aletas (2) y así delimitan un flujo de fluido en el canal (6) durante la operación. Las primeras estructuras adicionales (7, 71) están delimitadas por salientes dirigidas radialmente hacia el exterior (71) que parten de la base del canal (61) y están delimitadas cada una en la dirección radial por una superficie frontal (713) ubicada entre la base del canal (61) y la punta de aleta (5), definiendo así una extensión radial de los salientes (71). Las cavidades (72) ubicadas radialmente hacia afuera están dispuestas como segundas estructuras adicionales (7, 72) en la ubicación de las salientes (71) y están formadas de material de los flancos de aleta (4) y de la superficie de terminación dispuesta radialmente hacia afuera (713). de las salientes (71).
