Abstract
Se forma una capa que promueve la adhesión sobre un sustrato metálico generando un plasma no térmico en aire a presión atmosférica, y exponiendo una superficie del sustrato metálico al plasma. El plasma oxida el sustrato metálico para formar óxido de metal a partir de átomos de metal del sustrato metálico.
