Además, la presente invención se refiere a una mezcla de fibra de fruta desesterificada activable con una pectina soluble. Por último, la presente invención se refiere a un producto alimenticio, pienso, suplemento dietético, bebida, producto cosmético, producto farmacéutico o producto medicinal que han sido producidos usando la fibra de fruta desesterificada de la presente invención.
