Abstract

La invención se refiere a una composición de recubrimiento en polvo de un componente que comprende una resina curable y uno o más aditivos de curado para curar la resina curable, en donde la composición de recubrimiento en polvo comprende: - un componente de recubrimiento en polvo adicional que comprende la resina curable y uno o más aditivos de curado; y - en el rango de 1.0 a 20 % en peso de un aditivo inorgánico particulado mezclado en seco, formado por los componentes inorgánicos i), ii) y iii), en los que el componente i) es óxido de aluminio no recubierto o sílice no recubierta, el componente ii) es hidróxido de aluminio y/o oxihidróxido de aluminio, y el componente iii) es silice, y en donde, si el componente i) es sílice no recubierta, el componente iiii) no comprende sílice no recubierta. en donde el aditivo de partículas inorgánicas mezclado en seco comprende entre el 50 y el 99 % en peso del componente inorgánico iii), en donde él % en peso del aditivo inorgánico mezclado con seco con base en el peso del componente de recubrimiento en polvo, y en donde el componente de recubrimiento en polvo tiene una distribución del tamaño de las partículas con un Dv90 de como máximo 50 µm y un Dv50 de como máximo 30 µm, donde el Dv90 y el Dv50 se determinan por difracción láser según la norma ISO 13320 utilizando el modelo de Mie, en donde si el componente de recubrimiento en polvo tiene una distribución del tamaño de partícula tal que Dv90 es como máximo 25 µm y Dv50 es como máximo 12 µm, la composición de recubrimiento en polvo en el rango desde 8.0 hasta 20 % en peso del aditivo inorgánico partículado mezclado en seco, con base en el peso de un componente de recubrimiento en polvo, y en donde si el componente de recubrimiento en polvo tiene una distribución granulométrica que Dv90 está en el rango desde arriba de 25 hasta 50 µm y Dv50 está dentro del rango desde arriba de 12 hasta 30 µm, la composición de recubrimiento en polvo en el rango desde 1.0 hasta 8.0 % en peso del aditivo particulado mezclado en seco, con base en el peso del componente de recubrimiento en polvo. La invención se refiere además a un sustrato recubierto con tal composición de recubrimiento en polvo.
