Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR) capaz de dirigirse a células que expresan p95HER2. La invención también se refiere a un fragmento variable monocatenario (ScFv), a un dominio de unión a antígenos y a un anticuerpo o fragmento de anticuerpo de este capaz de unirse al antígeno p95HER2. La invención también se refiere a un método de diagnóstico de cáncer y a una composición farmacéutica para usar en un método para prevenir o tratar el cáncer que comprende el CAR y/o el dominio de unión a antígenos o el anticuerpo de la invención.
