Abstract

La invención se refiere a una cápsula de porción individual que comprende al menos dos compartimientos, que incluyen un primer compartimiento y un segundo compartimiento; en donde el primer compartimiento comprende un concentrado líquido de una cerveza sin alcohol, este concentrado líquido de cerveza tiene un contenido de etanol de 0-1 % ABV, en donde el segundo compartimiento comprende un líquido alcohólico que contiene 12-100 % en peso de etanol y 0-88 % en peso de agua, y en donde el etanol y el agua conjuntamente constituyen 80-100 % en peso del líquido alcohólico. La cápsula de la presente invención se puede utilizar adecuadamente para preparar una cerveza alcohólica de buena calidad por la mezcla de los contenidos de la cápsula con agua carbonatada. El concentrado líquido de cerveza en el primer compartimiento se puede producir adecuadamente al reducir el contenido de agua de la cerveza sin alcohol por medio de la separación por membrana y/o por medio de la concentración por congelación. La estabilidad fisicoquímica del concentrado líquido de cerveza obtenido de esta manera es muy alta debido al contenido muy bajo (o cero) de etanol.
