Abstract

Se divulgan en la presente constructos de anticuerpos triespecíficos precursores que comprende (i) un primer dominio de unión que se une a un antígeno asociado a tumor, (ii) un segundo dominio de unión que se une a un primer antígeno de superficie de células asesinas naturales (NK), y (iii) un tercer dominio de unión que se une a un antígeno de superficie de células T o un segundo antígeno de superficie de células NK. Los constructos de anticuerpos comprenden además dominios reguladores que regulan la unión al antígeno de superficie de células T o células NK. También se divulgan composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden los constructos precursores y sus usos para el tratamiento de tumores.
