Abstract
Un aparato (200) para deformar conductores de al menos un ensamble bobinado (100), que sobresale desde un lado de un estátor o rotor (114) de una máquina eléctrica, la cual comprende una pluralidad de conductores base (102) cada uno configurado con al menos una pata (104, 106) insertada en cavidades (115) de estátor o rotor (114), cada una de las cuales tiene al menos un extremo libre correspondiente (108, 110). El aparato comprende al menos una matriz de torcedura (201) adaptada para girar alrededor de un eje (X), que comprende al menos un bolsillo (204) adaptado para insertar una porción de extremo libre (108, 110). El aparato (200) comprende un miembro de respaldo radial (300) proporcionada cerca al menos de una matriz de torcedura (201), y en particular cerca de al menos un bolsillo (204), en el lado de inserción de dicho extremo libre (108, 110).
