Abstract
La presente invención está relacionada con una composición que comprende al menos un polipéptido, polipéptido el cual comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos descripta en cualquiera de las SEQ ID NO: 1 a 51 o 101 a 111, o una secuencia de aminoácidos que tiene al menos aproximadamente 80% de identidad de secuencia con estas, polipéptido el cual es capaz de unirse a un hongo. La presente invención además está relacionada con una composición que comprende al menos un polipéptido, polipéptido el cual comprende una región CDR1 que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos descripta en cualquiera de las SEQ ID NO: 52 a 67 o 112 a 122, una región CDR2 que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos descripta en cualquiera de las SEQ 15 ID NO: 68 a 83 o 123 a 133, y una región CDR3 que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos descripta en cualquiera de las SEQ ID NO: 84 a 100 o 134 a 144 y dicho polipéptido es capaz de unirse a un hongo. Las composiciones se pueden usar como composiciones antifúngicas.
