Abstract

Después de un molde de colada continua (2) de la línea de colada continua (1) está dispuesta una sección guía de hebra (8) de una línea de colada continua (1). La sección guía de hebra (8) tiene al menos un rodillo de guía de hebra (6) para soportar una hebra de metal (5) colado con el molde de colada continua (2). El rodillo guía de hebra (6) está montado en cojinetes de rodillos (10) en la sección guía de hebra. La sección guía de hebra (8) tiene al menos un dispositivo sensor (14), que a su vez tiene al menos un sensor de vibración (15) que está acoplado acústicamente al rodillo guía de hebra (6) o a sus cojinetes de rodillos (10), y mediante el cual se detectan las vibraciones que se producen con el giro del rodillo guía de hebra (6) en los cojinetes de rodillos (10). El rodillo guía de hebra (6) se enfría internamente por medio del agua de refrigeración suministrada (11). El sensor de vibraciones (15) está acoplado acústicamente al rodillo guía de hebra (6) y/o a los cojinetes de rodillos (10) a través del agua de enfriamiento (11). El dispositivo de evaluación (17) determina el estado (Z) del al menos un cojinete de rodillos (10) evaluando los datos de vibración (SD).
