Abstract

Una composición de revestimiento de imprimación para adherir un laminado funcional a una lente durante la polimerización en molde, que incluye un polímero acrílico; un oligómero de acrilato de uretano; un componente reactivo con la capacidad de reaccionar con un monómero de moldeado de lentes para moldear la lente polimerizada en molde, un iniciador UV o un iniciador térmico y un disolvente. Un método de polimerización en molde de una lente, que incluye aplicar la composición de revestimiento de imprimación a al menos una superficie externa de un laminado funcional; cortar y conformar el laminado funcional, colocar el laminado funcional conformado al que se aplica el revestimiento de imprimación y un monómero para moldear una lente en una celda de moldeado, de tal forma que el monómero se encuentra en contacto con la superficie imprimada del laminado funcional y polimerizar en molde el monómero en la celda de moldeado. Una lente oftálmica, que incluye una lente polimerizada en molde que incluye al menos un polímero, un laminado funcional y un revestimiento de imprimación obtenido mediante la curación de la composición de revestimiento de imprimación y depositada sobre al menos una superficie externa del laminado funcional.
