Abstract
Se describe un aparato para tratar un fluido que contiene hidrocarburos multifásicos en una instalación productora de petróleo y/o gas, en donde el aparato comprende: (a) una entrada para un fluido que contiene hidrocarburos multifásicos, en donde la entrada comprende una primera red de tuberías configurada para conectarse a múltiples cabezales de pozo petrolífero en un campo petrolífero; (b) un sistema de separación que comprende: (i) un separador de sólidos en comunicación fluida con la entrada; (ii) una salida de sólidos conectada al separador de sólidos; (iii) un separador de fluidos en comunicación fluida con el separador de sólidos, en donde el separador de fluidos está configurado para separar el fluido restante que contiene hidrocarburos multifásicos en una fase oleosa, una fase acuosa y una fase gaseosa; (iv) una salida de petróleo conectada al separador de fluidos; (v) una salida de gas conectada al separador de fluidos; y (vi) una salida de agua conectada al separador de fluidos; (c) un sistema de limpieza de sólidos conectado a la salida de sólidos, en donde el sistema de limpieza de sólidos está configurado para limpiar depósitos de petróleo residual de las partículas sólidas separadas por el separador de sólidos para proporcionar partículas sólidas limpias y un primer petróleo residual, en donde el sistema de limpieza de sólidos tiene una primera salida para producir las partículas sólidas limpias y una segunda salida configurada para producir el primer petróleo residual; y (d) un sistema de limpieza y reciclaje de agua conectado a la salida de agua, en donde el sistema de limpieza y reciclaje de agua está configurado para limpiar el petróleo residual de la fase de agua separado por el separador de fluidos, en donde el sistema de limpieza y reciclaje de agua comprende un filtro de petróleo para separar el petróleo residual de la fase de agua para proporcionar agua limpia y un segundo petróleo residual, en donde el filtro de petróleo tiene una tercera salida para reciclar el agua limpia a al menos un cabezal del pozo del yacimiento petrolífero, en donde la tercera salida comprende una segunda red de tuberías configurada para ser conectable a al menos un cabezal de pozo del campo petrolero, y una cuarta salida configurada para dar salida al segundo petróleo residual. También se describe un método correspondiente.
