Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo de soldadura ultrasónica (1), que comprende un sonotrodo (3), un yunque (5), un elemento de contacto (7), un deslizamiento lateral (9), un primer elemento de tope (11), un dispositivo de accionamiento (29), y una cámara de recepción (13) en la que se van a recibir los socios de unión (15). La cámara de recepción está definida en un primer lado por una superficie (21) del sonotrodo y en un segundo lado opuesto al primer lado por una superficie (23) del yunque. La cámara de recepción está definida además en un tercer lado por una superficie (25) del elemento de contacto y en un cuarto lado opuesto al tercer lado por una superficie (27) del deslizamiento lateral. El primer elemento de tope puede desplazarse entre una posición de entrada y una posición de salida. El primer elemento de tope en la posición de entrada define la cámara de recepción en un quinto lado que se extiende transversalmente al primer lado y cuarto lado y en la posición de salida deja la cámara de recepción abierta en el quinto lado. El dispositivo de accionamiento está configurado para desplazar activamente el primer elemento de tope entre la posición de entrada y la posición de salida. (Figura 1).
